Nominate A Teacher

Nominations may be submitted by students, parents, faculty, or community members. The person you are nominating must be someone employed full-time in the K-12 education field (public or private) within the following counties: Lauderdale, Neshoba, Kemper, Clark, Newton, Choctaw and Sumter.
One Golden Apple recipient will be chosen each month (August-May) by the Golden Apple Selection Committee. Of the ten monthly winners, one will be selected as the Golden Apple Educator of the Year. All winners will be honored at an end of year banquet celebration, where the Educator of the Year will be announced and presented a cash prize. Nominations may be made by submitting the form via the web site, by US Mail or by fax.
